Shipping Policy

To the United States: 

HookedUp™ Shapewear offers free shipping on all purchases via United States Postal Service (5-10 Business Days). 

For an additional $20.00, we also offer expedited shipping through UPS (2-5 Business Days).  Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm EST to be shipped that day.  In the event of a return, HookedUp™ Shapewear does not refund expedited shipping charges. 

To Canada:

HookedUp™ Shapewear offers free shipping on all purchases via Canada Post (5-10 Business Days). 

For an additional $20.00, we also offer expedited shipping through UPS (2-5 Business Days).  Please note that orders must be placed before 1pm EST to be shipped that day.  In the event of a return, HookedUp™ Shapewear does not refund expedited shipping charges. 

Return Policy

-HookedUp™ Shapewear will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

-Returned items must be unworn with tags attached.  HookedUp™ Shapewear reserves the right to determine whether or not an item has been worn.  

-Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Please note, that in the event of a return, HookedUp™ Shapewear does not refund expedited shipping charges. 

-Customers must send returning items in a trackable manner.  HookedUp™ Shapewear is not responsible for returning items that are lost due to shipping or circumstances beyond our control.

-Please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip.
